How to remove corrosion and protect stainless steel in one easy step!
How to remove corrosion and protect stainless steel in one easy step!
Here's an easy way to remove corrosion, rust, stains and oxidation off any stainless steel trim or components like the stainless steel hand rail on this Boston Whaler or the tube frame for the Bimini Top. Problem Over time stainless steel can deteriorate and even start to show signs of rust and oxidation. Here's a close-up before shot showing rust starting to form on the stainless steel hand rail and tubes that make up the frame for the Bimini Top on this Boston Whaler. Nick in Action! Watch Nick show you how to use Marine 31 Stainless Steel & Aluminum Brightening Soap restore a brilliant shine while leaving behind an anti-corrosion coating to help prevent future corrosion. Self-contained Kit Marine 31 Stainless Steel & Aluminum Brightening Soap includes its own applicator sponge inside the lid. Step 1 Wet sponge with water Step 2 Squeeze excess water out of sponge so that it is just damp Step 3 Rub sponge across polish soap in jar to get Brightening Soap onto sponge. Step 4 Rub the stainless steel tubes with the applicator sponge to agitate the Brightening Soap against the surface. Here you can see the Brightening Soap working to remove oxidation, stains and corrosion... Continue working the Brightening Soap over the entire rail... Step 5 Thoroughly rinse and flush the soap residue off the the surface. Note it helps to also use a wash mitt to loosen the soap film to completely remove any corrosion residues. Step 6 After you have cleaned and polished all metal surfaces, rinse and flush out the applicator sponge. Before After Metal surfaces are bright, shiny and protected! Shining just like brand new! Storing your Marine 31 Stainless Steel & Aluminum Brightening Soap Place the separation film on top of the soap and place the applicator sponge back into the lid. Tip: Allow the applicator sponge to air dry before placing lid back onto jar. Ready for the next project! On Marine31.com Marine 31 Stainless Steel & Aluminum Brightening Soap

Definitely picking some of this up with my order. Do you think one container would be enough for all of the rails and metal on a Sea Ray 340?

Easily. A little goes a long way. I think the key is to be set-up to also wash the boat afterwards as you leave a soap film on the metal and anything else the soap drips onto. Won't hurt anything but you do need to either wash or wipe the residue off.
